'' The National Certification Programs are full-time, comprehensive, industry developed, nationally recognized programs accredited by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). Each level is scheduled Monday through Friday for a period of three weeks. Level one provides an introduction to the heavy equipment industry and basic heavy equipment operation. Level one is required for a student to proceed into Level Two & Three programs. The Heavy Equipment Operation Level Two is designed to build upon Level One training by introducing additional equipment and training thereby allowing the student more employment opportunities. Equipment types used in Level II are bulldozers, scrapers, rollers and forklifts. Additionally, students will learn heavy equipment rigging, grade reading, laser levels, safety procedures, and heavy equipment maintenance. The Heavy Equipment Level Three program is designed for students who have completed Level One & Two. The Level Three program contains instruction on hydraulic excavators, motor graders, and advanced instruction in real world project planning and project completion. Graduates of these programs will receive a National Certification from the National Center for Construction Education and Research. ...''
