'' TSA offers a one-day course that gives participants the skills and knowledge to be a Food Safety Supervisor in the workplace.
The course is ideal for new and existing food proprietors and equally suitable people looking for head start into the food / hospitality industry where there is a requirement for food handling skills.
The course covers all areas of food hygiene, cross contamination and personal hygiene expectations in the workplace.
The course will help participants identify hazards and possible sources of contamination in your workplace and discuss the corrective action necessary to control/ minimize these risks.
The course explains in detail the Food Safety Templates required to be completed a by business and how to accurately fill them in.
TSA’s trainers have previously been Food Safety Supervisor’s and understand the legal requirements, but more importantly, understand the commercial realities in implementing these practices within the workplace.
A Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment will be issued to participants who successfully complete all requirements.
