Course Description:

'' Flash is the standard for interactive vector graphics and animation for the web. Flash is used to create compact animations, navigation interfaces, ad banners, logos, and fully interactive web sites. In this introductory level course, students will explore basic Action Scripting as well as some of the features of Flash. Course topics include: the Flash interface and drawing tools, creating and editing text, working with layers using libraries, creating symbols, creating motion and morphing animations, importing and exporting graphic file formats, using the align functions, creating masks, creating custom buttons: animated and interactive, the use of sound in the timeline and with buttons, and publishing to the web.
