'' This diploma program is for individuals who wish to receive training in managing hotels, restaurants, casinos, spa resorts, luxury residence complexes and golf resorts. The program also offers guidance for individuals who wish to open and operate their own bed and breakfast or become an event planner. The courses focus on the basic functions in the rooms division department, food and beverage outlets, cost control and marketing. In addition, teachers are industry professionals who are able to provide insightful information on human resources and revenue management.
This program includes 28 hours of classroom time per week, scheduled Monday through Friday, between 9:00 and 18:00 each day. Students should be prepared to invest a minimum of 20 hours per week for class time, study and assignments. A schedule will be provided upon registration.
