'' This one-day course is an in-depth look at the techniques required to create graphics for use with all nonlinear editing systems and motion graphic packages. Students will learn techniques that work with all systems and across all platforms.

The class builds upon a user¡¯s basic or intermediate level understanding of Photoshop and moves them to a higher level. The course is designed for video editors, motion graphic artists and developers of interactive media.

Upon successful completion, participants will be able to:

Create graphics that are sized correctly for import into a video finishing system.
Adjust colors for use in a broadcasting environment.
Harness time saving techniques such as Actions, Layer Styles, and Automation.
Create standard video graphics such as backgrounds, lower-thirds, and logo bugs.
