Apple Desktop Service Certification Training is a five-day course that teaches students how to identify and resolve issues with Apple desktop computers. Students learn Apple hardware specifications, troubleshooting techniques, component isolation steps, take-apart procedures and general service guidelines and resources: everything they need to diagnose and repair Apple desktop computers.
A combination of lectures, demonstrations and hands-on lab exercises with iMac, eMac and Power Mac systems provides students with a variety of opportunities to become a Mac expert.
