'' The Diploma has fifteen (15) units to complete. In order to complete each unit, please ensure you have:

- worked your way through all of the information on the screen, including the scenarios
- undertaken the self paced activities - you will find numerous ‘Consider This�links designed to assist you to build a ‘profile�of an agency which you may manage or operate in the future
- comprehended the major points and collated the supporting material
- gathered any additional information including the ‘Section Summaries��these can be saved to your computer and/or printed as a complete record

The important thing is to maximise your learning experience and ensure you acquire the necessary knowledge before undertaking the next unit.

Once these have been undertaken, you can progress to the assessments.

There are two types of assessments which require completion. The informal assessment is a series of true/false and multiple choice questions. An eighty percent (80%) pass mark is required before continuing.

Once this has been undertaken and a minimum of 80% is achieved, you can progress to the formal assessment.

All of the formal assessments are ‘Competency Based� This means that once you have submitted the assessments, they will be marked by one of our assessors as either ‘Competency Achieved� or ‘Competency Not Yet Achieved� There is no pass mark or grade required.

If your assessment is marked ‘Competency Not Yet Achieved� you will be required to resubmit only the questions the assessor asks you to resubmit. You are not required to re-answer all of the questions. You are offered three (3) attempts at resubmitting the questions to achieve competency status. In the event this does not occur, you will be required re-enrol in the unit again.

There are no due dates for the individual units to be completed by. You are able to choose which units you would like to study and when. The time limit applies to the overall Diploma only and it is recommended you manage to complete the entire Diploma within 12 �18 months.
