'' The cookery department has developed a range of cost effective, comprehensive courses that will enable you to ensure that food prepared in your kitchen and served in your business is not only safe but complies with Government regulations.
The Safe Food Management Course incorporates HACCP principles and is designed to provide the necessary training relating to food safety and management for any type of food-handling establishment.
The course comprises two levels.
Level 1 - is designed to provide the necessary training for ALL food handlers to develop safer food handling practices that will meet their legal obligations and enhance quality control and customer satisfaction.
Level 2 - is invaluable for those who have successfully completed Level 1 and would like to develop and implement a food safety plan into a commercial premise. Structured around the guidelines of HACCP.
These levels culminate in the development of a fully working food safety system, ready for implementation by the participants.
NB: Participants must complete Level 1 before enroling in Level 2.
Essential introductory workshops covering basic hygiene practices for all food handlers:
