'' The MCITP: Enterprise Project Management with Microsoft Office Project Server 2007 is different than most other Microsoft technical certifications, because it’s not intended primarily for IT Professionals - It is intended primarily for Project Managers. More than just MCITP certification, the new Office Project 2007 certification family is designed specifically to help project managers apply the leading project management best practices and methodologies as established by the Project Management Institute (PMI), resulting in better project outcomes, greater efficiency, and optimal resource management.

This five-day MCITP Boot Camp teaches you knowledge and skills to use the Microsoft Office Project Server 2007 enterprise tool to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close enterprise programs and to customize the enterprise environment. This is the third course in the Microsoft Office Project 2007 Official Curriculum series and addresses the Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) solution.


MCITP Boot Camp Prerequisites:

This is the third course in the Microsoft Office Project 2007 Official Curriculum series.
Substantial hands-on experience in Microsoft Office Project Professional 2007, Project Server 2007, and Project Web Access is highly recommended prior to attending the course.

Experience with Microsoft Office Project Server 2007
Experience using Microsoft Office Project Web Access
Experience with the Microsoft Windows XP or Windows Vista operating system
Experience with Microsoft Office Excel 2003 or 2007
Familiarity with the key project management concepts and terminology found in the PMI PMBOK Guide -Third Edition
