Course Description:

'' Creating realistic textures across multiple surfaces can be a difficult task in Maya and other 3D programs. Painting on models using a 3D-paint program allows the artist’s brush to create textures. This class moves away from the basic texture applications within Maya to the more physical effect of painting on 3D surfaces. It also introduces major 3D-paint programs and addresses how to work effectively between them and Maya. This includes importing models between paint packages and exporting textures to Maya.
