It includes the basic principles of economics and its impact on property finance. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS A knowledge, comprehension and application of the English language at NQF level 4 (Grade 12 or equivalent). CERTIFICATION On successful completion of this course, the student will receive a Short Course Certificate in Property Finance from Milpark Business School. This short course is presented at NQF level 5. EXIT-LEVEL OUTCOMES The qualifying student will be able to understand the types of properties that may be mortgaged, the mortgage process and its role-players, as well as the types of funding involved.
