'' Being able to handle multiple projects successfully calls for more than a haphazard approach.
Participants learn how to use planning and control methods specifically designed for a multiple
project environment. Additionally, they acquire the competency to better manage their personal
time, use a project prioritization process, and manage the organizational politics of multiple
projects.

making, and problem solving
�Control projects effectively by tracking progress, analyzing performance variances, and
defining corrective actions
