Course Description:

'' This course will assist individuals in their preparation for taking the PMI’s PMP certification
examination. The examination is the final step to becoming a PMP. It is designed to objectively
assess and measure your ability to apply project management knowledge.
�The course material is principally based on the Third Edition of the Guide to the Project
Management Body of Knowledge, but is supplemented with other related materials that
support the understanding of the subject matter.
�Each module is presented in seminar/workshop format and includes tutorials and sample
exam questions.
�The course was designed and developed by experienced PMPs. Instructors are all PMP
certified and experienced in both project management work and instructing.
With superior pass rates, SPM is confident that this course will provide the knowledge transfer
required to successfully attain your PMP status.
Audience
The course is designed for those working in a project oriented environment who wish to take the
PMI PMP examination. We recommend that participants should be within 6 months of meeting
PMI’s qualification requirements and wish to write the examination within that time frame.
