Students are exposed to short newspaper and magazine articles that they learn to read with the help of a dictionary and that serve as a basis for conversational activities. Information about Polish culture is also presented to enhance student appreciation and use of the language. As their vocabulary expands, students begin to engage in more complex conversations on a range of everyday topics.
