The techniques covered in this course will enable the trainees to recognize the needs and the issues that will need to be addressed by a company implementing ISO/TS 16949 as a tool for overall business improvement. This course is not mandatory (but highly recommended) for companies who are only interested in ISO/TS 16949 compliance. ...''
