'' This is a 1-day hands-on, executive overview course for Six Sigma. It will enable trainees to understand the typical requirements of Six Sigma and its implementation methods. It will assist the trainees to plan, implement, document, and improve their Six Sigma system. This course is an overview of the major issues, decisions, costs, & constraints that will be faced.
This course is applicable to all Presidents and Senior Executives throughout all manufacturing, service, and other companies.
