'' Lean Advisors is proud to provide our Lean Green Belt Certification Program to qualified candidates and companies. It is designed to be conducted in parallel with and in support of a Lean implementation effort. It is 5 days of intense learning for a maximum of 10-12 people. There are the 20 Lean topics, each presented as a unit of learning.
Certification Criteria:
Full participation in a Lean Implementation Program or Lean Fast Track Program
Actively working in support of one (or multiple) Value Stream(s)
Candidates can come from various parts of the enterprise, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, stores, purchasing, planning, transportation
