'' Either in an online, or two day instructor-led workshop format, a healthy sense of competition arises as participants, working in teams of five, collectively run their own simulated factories or hotels against their peers. As in real life, there is an ‘Annual General Meeting�where all participants contribute, and crucial decisions are made regarding Sales and Marketing, Operations, Management and Finance. With many participants having never experienced work in such areas before, the importance of communication between departments and the fine line between profit and loss is recognised.

Working particularly well at conferences, or online for team development globally, the Business Acumen Simulation is used both within large and small corporates to develop their staff from a wide variety of areas ranging from Sales, Induction, Customer Service, Call Centre and various levels of management.
