'' The idea is to let the student discover Italian wine. Four labs to explain and taste wines from the most famous Italian regions: Tuscany, Piemonte, Sicily, Friuli and of course Venetia, are held.
During these labs, students will learn to recognize qualities and characteristics of different varieties of wine, different production techniques of the most celebrated D.O.C. wines.
In addition, a wine expert will suggest perfect combinations with different dishes. Once a week, students and the wine expert will gather in a Venetian wine cellar.
