'' The mission of Action in English at EC Boston (formerly known as the Olin Center) is to provide language training courses and intercultural workshops to help people from different backgrounds understand and work together productively and efficiently in a predominantly English-speaking workplace.

As the local workforce becomes increasingly international, the occasions for intercultural misunderstanding proliferate.

Action in English will begin the training program with an initial consultation, free of charge to your company. Interviewing both the management and the staff allows EC Boston professionals to form a complete picture of your workplace perceptions, needs and goals. We then work closely with you to establish these goals and prioritize company objectives. A customized program will be designed to fit your schedule, staff, needs and resources.
