Course Description:

'' The Brazil SALUD program is four weeks and includes: 2 weeks of classes with 20 hours group Portuguese classes per week (max 6 students per class), 5 hrs medical Portuguese vocabulary, 10 hours of lectures on Brazilian healthcare topics, private room with a host family, breakfast and dinner daily with host family, cultural activities, 2 full day excursions, and a 2 week service learning placement in a hospital or clinic.
