'' Milan has long been at the center of the fashion world and is an important part of the Italian economy and culture. Whether fashion is a hobby or a profession, AmeriSpan’s two-week specialized Italian Fashion program aims to foster familiarity with common vocabulary and expression associated with the Italian Fashion industry. Participants have the opportunity to customize the program to their individual professional needs both in the classroom and through guided visits to shops, fashion producers, fashion museums, and designer studios. A minimum intermediate level of Italian proficiency is required for this program. The group classes will cover general Italian using the communicative method. Your private classes will be tailored to your needs and can include specialized vocabulary, exercises and specific learning materials.
Requirements: Minimum Italian Level: Mid Intermediate (if zero, add 10-12 weeks of regular Italian before course) Program (included in tuition): 4 hrs/day (20 hrs/week) group Italian classes (max 12) 2 hrs/day (10 hrs/wk) private classes focusing on the language of fashion Guided visits to shops, fashion producers, fashion museums and designer studios Private room in homestay Breakfast daily Some organized activities Emergency message service Possible Options (extra cost): Apartment instead of host family Airport pick-up One-on-one classes ...''
