'' This unique program is designed to immerse participants in Japan’s important and historic martial art Judo and the Japanese Language. Judo emphasizes attack and defense skills without a weapon. This art was initially practiced by Samurai to help control the mind and body ’perfectly’ during battle. The variety of ways in which Judo training is possible makes this sport adequate for students of all ages.
