'' This unique program is designed to immerse participants in Korea’s national martial art, Taekwondo and the Korean Language. Taekwondo emphasizes attack and defense skills without a weapon. It is regarded as the world’s most popular martial art in terms of number of practitioners and is an official Olympic sporting event. Practicing develops participants’ physical and mental fitness, improves self-esteem, self-control, mental agility and mental concentration.
