'' Designed for the intermediate to advanced user, this Avid certified course teaches an editor how to finish a program on Avid Media Composer or Avid Symphony. The course explains project organization strategies and procedures for moving a project from Avid offline to Avid online, as well as the video and audio signal issues involved in preparing a project for an Avid online. Students learn how to properly calibrate video, monitor and correct a video signal, identify and correct audio phase problems, and calibrate all aspects and components of the video and audio signal path, including the deck, TBC, Media Composer and Symphony input and output, and external scopes and monitors.
