'' Astral projection is a form of out of body experience that sometimes occurs during lucid dreaming, during deep meditation or at times of crisis. The soul moves into an astral body which moves free of the physical body in a parallel world known as the astral plane.
Astral travel is spoken about in many mystical texts and has more recently been studied by scientists investigating reports of people who have had a near-death experience. There are a great many cases on record that give empirical proof that such experiences do exist, because the astral traveller has seen and described things from the journey that he or she could not have otherwise known.
This course takes an in-depth look at astral projection. Students will gain practical methods of attaining an out-of-body experience (OBE), and will study the dynamics of projecting the astral body out into the astral world. An in-depth exploration is made of all of the dynamics of astral projection, including the difficulties of accomplishment, the symptoms of OBE and the practical methods for projection.
