'' Sunshine Therapies are made up of a group of specially designed techniques that make use of the power of the sun, and so are particularly suited to outdoors.
These therapies harness the natural elements of earth, air, fire and water. They can be practised individually or together and can be used by yourself to enhance your ability to relax and enjoy your own holiday, or that of family and friends.
If you are not already a qualified complementary therapist you may be able to use these Sunshine Therapies on a working holiday, gap year, or in a resort. If you are already a holistic therapist, Sunshine Therapies will extend your skills, especially if you wish to travel and offer your services at a hotel, health spa, retreat or on a cruise ship.
You can give these therapies on a terrace or sun-deck, next to a spa or pool and even on the beach. Even if you stay at home, Sunshine Therapies are simple and enjoyable and they will bring some holiday sunshine into everyday life.
In this course you will learn to give a number of wonderful relaxing therapies. You will also learn alternative techniques that can be used in a therapy room and indoor areas in cooler weather.
Most of the techniques require only simple equipment, many of which can be found in and around a holiday location.
