Becoming a Six Sigma Black Belt requires a significant investment in time by the delegates and their organisation to undertake the training and complete two Six Sigma projects.
Successfully leading Six Sigma teams will not only require good all-round knowledge of a range of Six Sigma tools and techniques it also requires effective soft skills in leading teams and managing change. Our approach builds on the Green Belt programme, considers both soft and technical skills and also provides delegates and organisations some flexibility in the modules they choose. This flexibility allows, to some extent, for differences in delegates experience and skills and in an organisation’s requirements - a financial services company will require a different focus of skills to a manufacturing organisation.
