Course Description:

'' This multi-media class for 8-12-year-olds will focus on drawing and painting techniques. Students will develop their artistic skills while enjoying a safe, fun, nurturing environment on a university campus.
Students will draw a variety of subjects including people, animals, still life and imaginary characters using ink, marker, soft and oil pastels. Students will learn a selection of watercolor techniques and paint in both watercolor and tempera. Emphasis will be placed on art principles and elements at the individual level.
