'' Community managers are in constant communication with the various stakeholders. Managers have to lead small group discussions, facilitate community meetings, and present information to groups of homeowners. You will develop skills to smoothly navigate various meeting settings and examine conflict resolution strategies applicable in difficult situations. Exercises will allow you to grasp the fundamentals of business writing, while gaining a better understanding of how effective communication in all forms can help foster an open and collaborative community.
