'' Community managers are charged by homeowners to secure the best deal and quality of work for the community by successfully negotiating and managing relationships with the vendors. In this class, you will examine the process of contract management and practice the skills of contract negotiation. Moreover, class discussions will focus on the most effective ways of managing contractors and contract terms by tracking, monitoring, and trouble-shooting the implementation phases.
