You will gain an understanding of the distinctive roles of sales and marketing and how these areas are interrelated in determining product development, pricing, distribution, and promotion of goods and services. The focus will be on identification of collaborative components of sales and marketing through promotional development, prospect identification and qualifications, as well as exploration of the value of customer service and strategic planning efforts in meeting the organizations strategic initiatives relative to the return-on-investment.
