Training Course:HVAC System Design, Construction, and Operation New and Retrofit (Regina)School/Trainer:Global Innovative Campus Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
Course Format: Classroom | E-learning | Virtual Class | Online | On-site | Blended | Self-paced
Teacher/Instructor: Doron Weiss P. Eng
Term: 17 Feb - 19 Feb 2009
Course Description:
'' Facility Managers of industrial, commercial and institutional building complexes are responsible for managing the design, construction and operation of HVAC systems, in new as well as existing facilities. The design and construction services are, generally, provided by outside consultants and contractors. However, it is the in-Facility Management (FM) team which must provide operation and maintenance after the system is commissioned. Therefore, it is incumbent on the FM team to understand the processes by which the design, construction, and commissioning of HVAC systems result in a facility that the FM team is then responsible to maintain.
