'' Judo, translated to English, means "the way of softness". Some have called it Japanese Wrestling. It is a means of maximizing ones own power and efficiency, while using an opponents strength against him, making it an effective means of self-defense. Judy concentrates on throwing, wrestling, and joint locking techniques, and the workouts are intense.
