Course Description:

'' Learn the basics of Zen-sitting meditation, and of Kinhin or Zen-walking. The practice is directed toward developing concentration and mindfulness, seeing into ones own true nature, and actualizing this insight in our daily lives. Free of dogma, this practice is simple but not easy. Sitting with a custion on the floor is the normal practice, but a chair or other support may be used instead. Please bring a small cushion to class.
