'' This course is designed for small acreage homeowners, to give them a basic understanding of weeds and their impact on the environment. It is also very helpful for realtors and appraisers who deal with small acreage properties.

Weeds have a number of impacts on property, some of them less obvious than others. These include:

Reducing the productivity of desirable crops because of competition
The potential for poisonous effects of certain weeds on livestock
Costs of labor and capital required to control noxious weeds from the State of Colorado A, B, and C lists.
This course will help you understand the impacts of weeds so you can deal with them more effectively. It is helpful for those who live outside Colorado as well as in-state residents.
