'' Public speaking is tough! Even in a web-based world with e-commerce at every turn we still need "face time" for persuading, calming, and motivating others as we sell our ideas, products and services. Everyone improves with a bit of speech coaching. This course is heavy on participation. Each attendee is video-taped 8-12 times during the day. Results emerge through self-critique, group feedback, and instructor coaching.
