'' This module introduces basic leadership strategy, principles, and behavior to emerging leaders, supervisors, and managers wanting to embrace and cultivate a climate of leadership. Participants learn the necessary skills required to develop as a leader and develop the leader in others. Other topics of discussion will include how to develop the skills of a leader including self-awareness, how to manage organizational change, how to motivate and inspire others, how to develop the skills of others by providing effective feedback, and finally how to be an ethical leader.
