'' This challenging program combines courses from Continuing Education and U of C’s Department of French, Italian and Spanish. These courses, along with an experiential component, equip learners with a solid base of grammatical structures and oral skills necessary to communicate fluently in French.
Before enrolling in the certificate, you must be admitted to the University of Calgary as an undergraduate or open studies student. You are required to have French 30, French 213, or permission of the Department of French, Italian and Spanish before registering in French 215. Prior to registering in French Level IV, you must have French level III or special permission.
