This theoretical understanding will be complemented by hands-on design exercises and projects dealing with elements of design and their applications to marketing. After finalizing the products message, target group and distribution, you will learn to brainstorm, scribble and layout. Using illustrative, photographic, typographical and geometrical elements, you will design a book cover, poster and magazine cover. Learn how designs such as logos and letterheads have to function and become aware of how design solutions work for clients. Students will be encouraged to form their own vision.
