'' Interested in preparing a gourmet meal but don’t think you have the time? We’ve got the perfect solution.
Whether you’re interested in hosting the perfect dinner party or adding variety to your everyday meals, Gourmet Meals in Minutes Boot Camp will teach you how to prepare delicious food in a matter of minutes rather than hours. Gourmet Meals features techniques and recipes that keep a constant watch on the clock so you don’t have to.
During this five-day course, you will learn strategies for budgeting your time when preparing meals. You will produce a variety of appetizers, entrees, side dishes, and desserts from the CIA’s Gourmet Meals in Minutes book.
You will also:
dine in four of the CIA’s on-campus public restaurants
learn presentation techniques to enhance your quick and delicious meals
choose appropriate wine selections to accompany your meals
tour the CIA campus
When you enlist in Gourmet Meals in Minutes Boot Camp, you’ll receive a copy of the CIA’s book Gourmet Meals in Minutes. You will also get two chef’s uniforms, each with a jacket, pants, and neckerchief. Paper chef’s hats, side towels, and aprons will be provided in class.
