'' Colette will put together different gourmet meals with Provençale tastes which you are going to work on during your 2 hours of group class. The school has its own kitchen so the classes take place in a familiar and friendly environment. Colette is aiming at connoisseurs of French cooking and invites you to discover the taste of family cooking and teach you different recipes along with their secrets.
When you arrive, you will have your own personal data sheet, an apron and a chef’s hat. Colette will explain to you how this workshop will work and the material which is completely at your disposition. With fresh products from the market, spices, and fresh herbs, you will be able to go to work and prepare some Provençale cooking!
The cooking lessons is more than a tecnical lesson. It is above all the best opportunity to share French way of living and cooking passion with other lovers of French gastronomy.
