Creating enterprising organisational climates that will encourage creativity, the implementation of new processes/ products and the learning of new skills
Understanding networks and relationship marketing techniques that can be exploited for new ideas
Developing innovative ways to maximise opportunities presented by the external environments in which a business operates.

Teaching/assessment
Teaching will be delivered through a range of methods including formal lectures, seminars, tutorials, workshops and e-learning packages. Assessment will usually be through a combination of individual and group work, presentations, essays, reports and examinations in addition to self-directed study.
