'' The LLM Employment Law in Context provides graduates with the opportunity to study at postgraduate level in the area of Employment Law and other workplace related issues. 30 credit modules may include Equal Opportunities in the Workplace, Individual Employment Law, People Management within Organisations, Health and Safety Law. 15 credit modules may include Civil Liberties in the Workplace and Collective Labour Law. You must select at least one 30 credit module from the above list, but may choose your remaining options from the full range of modules available across all the LLM courses. The LLM is studied by distance learning (normally taking two and a quarter years in total to complete), although an accelerated route (15 months) is available. You will attend Leicester De Montfort Law School for a maximum of nine Saturday schools during the period of study.
