Course Description:

'' Dreamweaver MX 2004 offers web developers the productivity of a visual Web page layout tool, the control of an HTML editor and the support for dynamic HTML.

In each day of the class you will be given several web pages to create on your own. The projects cover each major concept taught in the class to reinforce what you’ve learned.

In this three-day class you will learn how to:

Define page properties with background colors and background graphics
Format paragraphs on the page; adding headings, indenting text
Create lists: bulleted, numbered and definition lists
Use the Insert bar to place elements on the page.
Use the Property inspector to control the format or look of an object on a page
Change the font, text color and size
Insert graphics and define properties for each graphic and add Flash objects
Use the Assets panel for managing your site media
Create links and target the links
Use tables to format data and layout pages
Create image maps for hot spots on graphics
Create forms
Create and use templates and libraries to add reusable content
Use CSS style sheets for consistent formatting of your pages. In-depth discussion and exercises will enhance your learning.
Define a site, upload files and check links
