Course Description:

'' This course would suit anyone with an interest in the human mind, behaviour and experience. It offers a broad knowledge base across key areas in psychology with an opportunity to achieve a depth of understanding in more specialised areas. It also offers the opportunity to develop an extensive range of transferable and analytical skills as well as an appreciation of empirical research.

During years one and two the focus is upon biological, cognitive, developmental and social psychology as well as personality and individual differences and research methods. The final year involves an individual research project, conceptual issues and critical debated in psychology and various optional modules to suit individual interest and aspirations, for example:

Counselling Psychology
Criminological and Forensic Psychology

Mental Health and Society
