1. Customising and Exploring the integration between Office Client Tools and Sharepoint V3 solutions.
2. Delivering Workflow based solutions right to the Office 2007 Client and how you can benefit from using Windows Workflow Foundation in Sharepoint V3.
3. Customising and Developing Sharepoint V3 based solutions, including creating site/portal wide event handlers, custom page layouts and creating CMS based Sharepoint sites.
Skills Gained: At course completion students will be able to:
- Upgrade their Sharepoint v2 sites/portals to Sharepoint V3.
- Implement and extend Microsoft Office client side solutions.
- Implement custom workflows developed in Visual Studio .Net 2005
- Setup and configure Sharepoint 2007 Infrastructure.
- Architect the ‘Portal�and sub-sites layouts and best strategies.
- Know what the best practices are within the Sharepoint Space.
- Create custom WebParts and Sharepoint customizations with ease.
- Create Site wide features and event handlers.
- Create implement InfoPath Forms based solutions using the new InfoPath Forms Server.
- Explore Excel Services and Business Intelligence Offerings.
