Navision Financial Management explores activities required to handle key financial functions within the organization such as the development of Posting Groups and Dimensions, the management of GST, Journal development and transactions, the General Ledger, Receivables & Payables Management, handling financial/accounting functions within the organisation such as multicurrency operations, financial reporting including XBRL business reporting language, financial analysis using dimensions and business analytics, and multi-company operations.
Fixed Assets (8358):
This course demonstrates how to set up Fixed Assets, how to perform a wide variety of Fixed Asset transactions, as well as how to handle reclassification, maintenance, and insurance where Fixed Assets are concerned.
A thorough understanding of these topics allows you to streamline your Fixed Asset depreciation and reporting processes by learning how to automate these routine activities. This course shows how to accelerate data entry by copying Fixed Assets, and teaches how to define default values that automatically populate data fields and gather the information you need to make better business decisions by exploring powerful inquiry and reporting options.
Resources and Jobs (8357):
This course explores how Resources and Jobs are used within Microsoft Navision. This course also shows how to perform additional functions such as creation of job budgets, resource capacity and assignment, as well as job cost and revenue recognition.
