'' Logistics involves the management of the movement, protection and storage of product from supplier to the end customer. The goal of this course is to develop a working knowledge of the methods currently in use to ensure that the right quantity of the right item is in place at the right time and at the right price. Topics include quality, customer service, supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, customs, and procurement.
Objective
To develop a good basic understanding of logistics, communication and skills required by today’s logistics environment to enter specified careers such as dispatcher, expeditor, traffic, customer service, international logistics, customs and distribution.

Who Should Attend
This evening course is beneficial for those who want to find employment in logistics and procurement field or those who are already employed in the field but want to enhance their knowledge and skills for career advancement. They may be working in any position such as, warehouse/production personnel, scheduler, inventory controller, distribution supervisor, expeditor or customs clerks
