Earning the Network+ certification means that the candidate possesses the knowledge needed to configure and install network components. This certification covers a wide range of vendor and product neutral networking technologies. Network+ is open to anyone who wants to take the certification test. The exam is targeted for technicians with 18 - 24 months experience in the IT industry. A typical candidate would have A+ certification or equivalent knowledge, but A+ certification is not required. ...''
